We found out we have problem on a Friday evening and had to wait until the next business day. Monday came and we heard nothing, so I called around 1pm to see what was up. Was told we were assigned but never heard anything the rest of the day. I called back Tuesday and was told we were reassigned to someone else. Preciouse was a little snippy and I didn't appreciate her have a blessed day sarcastic tone at the end of the call. I'm sorry but if I am paying for a service, I shouldn't have to wait that many days to have someone come out and take care of the problem. We could barely flush our toilet; and we couldn't do laundry. Don't know that I will be referring my friends. The guys that came out to take care of our problem were very nice.

DRS plumbing and A-1 Trenching work as one surgical team. Most of al, my front lawn was left in excellent shape with hardly any evidence of the work that had been done.

I was very happy with the representative with your company and how well they handled me asking for a new company to come out because of my previous experience with the other company they were going to send. Comfort zone was absolutely amazing fast and efficient and the representative they sent out was very knowledgeable. Perfect results.
