1st plumber sent made sewer sludge mess worse in basement and said they cannot unclog drain. Told me to call homeserve to send another plumber. My home smelled worse and I could not use water. 10 hours later second plumber came. They were 1.5 hour late from designated time. They unclogged drain and at midnight started to use high pressure to get me to use their company for restoration clean up and utilize my insurance with you to do additional major plumbing which I found out from other plumber I do not need. This was at midnight. I am an old woman and was not comfortable with either set of contractors. They were both shady!!!!
