My experience was easy and efficient I called in my problem with my AC not working on Friday evening and Saturday AM I got a phone call and the repair technician said he would be there by noon he was here at 11:45 AM Lucky for me it was a simple easy fix the repair man was polite and efficient I am greatful for home serve it does cost me a pretty penny but it's peace of mind for me to know if something goes wrong with my AC , Furnace,Water Heater ,or Plumbing they cover the expense so I appreciate having the opportunity to be able to purchase Home Serve it's worth every penny Thank you Home Serve From One Greatful Happy Customer

The service rep went above and beyond to help me out! My hot water tank went late on Friday evening, she found a local plumber, I had him call me and he was here with my new tank Saturday morning at 8 am!
