Your technician came on Monday and did nothing as he was not authorized to change leaking/corroded valves. He said he will document and the trip wont be counted as a separate visit. Someone from HS will call me. No one did. Yesterday, Tueasday, I called again and resubmitted the request, no one has called till now. Its now 24 hrs since the 2nd call.

The tech was great he managed to clear my drain of a large amount of tree roots I wasn't expecting plus he fixed my cold water faucet that wasn't working properly which wasn't required for him to do.

REGARDLESS OF MY DISCUSSIONS FINDING SOMEONE TO COMPLETE THE JOB OF FREEING UP MY DRAIN SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE OF DIFFICULTY OVER A SPAN OF TIME NOW GOING ON THE FOURTH DAY THAT I AM UNABLE TO USE MY TOILETS OR TAKE A SHOWER ~ MY RUGS ARE SOAKED FROM THE BACK UP AND THE COMMUNICATION FOR WHAT I NEED DONE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE FLUIDLY TRANSMITTED...
