Solved what seemed to an unsolvable problem. Forgot we had this coverage and had two other guys look at it but they couldn’t find a solution. We were shocked when technician let out a little shout indicating he succeeded.

He came and did everything and did very good in just a short time and also explained what happen and avoid doing it in the future so we won't have that same problem again.
