I’m very disappointed with HomeServe. How is it that I pay $1000 dollars and you all only pay $400 to replace a water heater? If I’m going to be paying 3/4 of the price, why do I need you? That’s ridiculous! Oh yeah, you did the same thing when I had to replace a compressor on my A/C a couple or months ago. I paid $2200 and you may have paid $500. I’m reassessing my options.

Homeserve didn't stop until they reached a plumber to take care of my problem. The agent kept calling until she found someone to come out the same day. She was friendly, professional, and concerned that my plumbing problem was solved that day!! Job well done!!
