I had an electric issue and immediately called HomeServe. I provided all necessary information and they informed me they would have someone contact me. Sure enough I was contacted by Mr. Greg Smith from VITALIZE ELECTRIC COMPANY. Mr. Smith arrived at my house and was informed of the problem. He quickly found what the problem was, explained what he was going to do and got started to fix the problem. Mr. Smith was very knowledgeable, worked very quickly and corrected the problem. I was very pleased when Mr. Smith informed me that the problem was covered under my HomeServe policy. I have had this policy, and several others, with HomeServe for several years. I’m very glad I do and would recommend HomeServe to anyone. You just never know when the time comes that you’ll be needing their services.

The experience was great. Because of the holiday we had to wait from Friday til Monday to get both sides of my kitchen sink unstopped. Your person who did the work was wonderful!!

THE REPAIRMAN WAS PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING. I EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG.HE WENT TO THE UNIT AND STARTED TESTING THE WIRES. AT FIRST NOTHING WAS WORKING.HE WORKED WITH THE WIRES AND THEN THINGS STARTED TO WORK.
