Solved what seemed to an unsolvable problem. Forgot we had this coverage and had two other guys look at it but they couldn’t find a solution. We were shocked when technician let out a little shout indicating he succeeded.

Shawn was amazing . I can get all my laundry done no back ups. He was kind and considerate and fixed our problem thank you. So glad I have this insurance. We haven't had to call about this kind of thing ever we have been in our home 17 years. When we need them again we will call thank you
