I am very satisfied with the job that was done. He was very efficient and polite. He explained what he was going to do before he started the job. He was very professional. Within two days after I contacted Home Serve there was someone here to fix my problem.

Even though the gas leak was reported late in the evening I was able to get in contact with Christy/HomeServe Representative. She provided me with the best customer service. I was also called by plumbing company to confirm next day appointment for the repair, which went smoothly. I appreciate the efforts of all involved to help get my gas meter and service up and running the next day. I’m glad I had HomeServe.

Most grateful for the excellent service I received from both the HomeServe phone customer service reps and the plumbers at Rooter Express. I realized I had a sewer back-up when I saw that the inside of my bathroom toilet was filled with black dirt. It started to overflow when I flushed it, so I called HomeServe right away, explaining that I had an emergency. Shortly afterwards, Rooter Express called me and I explained the situation, and they sent 2 plumbers within 2 hours. The plumbers worked diligently for over an hour and until the clog was removed. The plumbers were very diligent and at the same time, patiently answered all of my questions.
