I received multiple emails and phone calls for a service call that I did not request, nor did I require. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPANED. You have my phone number attached to someone else.

I was happy with the service once we got it done, the problem is every time I have to call ( 3 times so far) I have to wait until the next day which is very frustrating when you have no toilet.

I was charge for an item that it was not replaced. I told the guy who come to perform the job. I had another contractor who could do the job for less money but when I was talking by pone somebody told me that I cant use another one because it will take too much time to replaced.

The gentlemen were efficient and friendly. They did a great job.
