The outside electric line is still pending. The 2 malfunctioning electrical lines; one replaced the other pending. The electrical breaker/service box was not approved. I do have questions for Omega Electric as to whether the 100 AMP service box is sufficient. The house should have; so I have been told a 200 AMP service box.

I got up on that Saturday morning and soon after I heard a leak alarm under out kitchen sink. I could only see a small leak when I ran water in the sink. Since we have HomeServe, I called to make an appointment. I called at 7:30 AM, and there was a plumber at our door at 8:55 AM. He immediately figured out the issue and was able to fix the issue with tools he had in the truck. He was here less than an hour and was gone. We have had no further problem and will continue to use HomeServe.
