We had a drain line that was compacted by tree roots to the point it was not fixable from the clean-out fixture. It had to be excavated and replaced. The service was fast and effective. The cleanup was efficient. We are very pleased with the service. We have been with HoneServ for at least 10 years and they have been truly effective.

He came on the same day that we desperately needed a 'clean out'.He sufficiently cleared out the bigger main drain.However, his 'snake' was too large to clear out the few feet between the smaller drain in our basement that connected to the larger drain.

My service person arrived within about 2 hours of sending in a ticket and went right to work (hottest day of the year so far)He worked through his day and wrapped @5:30 pm leaving my problemResolved!
