Called about my water leak. They had a service technician out here in a couple hours,the repair was made. The whole thing was pretty effortless on my part just a phone call … I will say this, it truly helps knowing what is covered by your service contracts, if you don’t read it, that’s your job, don’t be mad at the warranty company when they don’t fix some thing that is clearly not covered that’s your fault not theirs

First of all the first guy you sent out was PA ULSAC he stole two things of Freon for me totaling $1000. You guys been trying to get it back. He won’t bring it back the second guy that came out seems like he fixed it and I still don’t have air and I’m sweating to death and now he’s telling me it’s gonna cost me $1400 to fix this. This is not what I signed up for the money that I’ve given you people already is a waste of money.
