Reported a/c issue approximately one week ago. NO follow up by Home Serve since’

Fast and right

At first they sent a HVAC contractor when I had a plumbing issue. He called you guys and said he would not be able to fix the problem. Then you sent a plumbing company over and they did a great job to solve our problem.

Even though my claim involved one pipe that was not fixed in the first 3 times, Home Home Serve arbitrarily separated each call to come back to fix my clogged pipe into separate claims resulting in a denial to fix the pipe after the second attempt because they have a 2 claim limit. This was even after the plumber broke my pipe. I was left to fix it on my own. This is not insurance in my opinion it’s a scam. I have multiple properties and I will be looking for other options at insurance. It’s not worth the fight they have unlimited resources and simply stonewall me. BEWARE!

This is the first time I have used HomeServe, and I have been recommending them to neighbors. When I called for an appointment, the receptionist explained what I might expect when the team came. They arrived about four hours after I placed the call! They were pleasant and efficient. After they finished the work, they could have done a slightly better job cleaning up.

I commend Pete and Ernesto for their professionalism in identifying and resolving my leaking water issue. Problem has been resolved and I am grateful for their efforts.
