Plumber arrived on time and had problem fixed in 15 minutes. Had to replace a recalled gas valve on my Rheems water heater.

The plumbing was well done. However, he damaged the drywall slightly, and said that the drywall must to be replaced anyway because it was wet. I'm not sure about that, and I also think that with extra effort he could avoid damaging the drywall.

The guys knew what to do. My only negative is that they did not communicate what they were doing to us at all. We had to keep asking about what they were doing. At one point they went out to their truck and then we hear them on our roof. We ran out and said what's going on? Problem is in our kitchen sink. Only then they explained what they had to do. Communication is very important.
