HomeServe and McClain Bros Plumbing did an excellent job fixing my backed up sewer line. Both companies were very responsive and accommodating. I had a tight timeframe that I needed the problem fixed by; both companies were able to get the job done before then. I would recommend HomeServe and McClain Bros Plumbing to a friend.

We realized we had a sewer backup on a Saturday morning so I called around 8 a.m. and told the customer service person. i called back 7 hours later and realized they hadn't done anything with my case. After transferring me around and several more phone calls, we were told that no one could get to us until MONDAY! 3 days without toilets is not what I consider good customer service. The folks from quality drain solutions did a great job . I'm wondering why I pay for a service that claims 24/7 protection but I have to wait 3 days to use my toilet again. Why don't you tell me that because right now, I am very upset over the whole thing. Along with that, I had homeserve on another property that didn't renew for some reason. Just all around disappointed with your company.

I love Home Serve. I have had overall a great experience. I did have an experience recently however where Home Serve told me that they would have someone out the next day between 8-12, I communicated this to my tenant and then the next day the plumbing company called me and said they couldn’t actually get there until 2 days later. I called Home Serve again and they got the issue resolved with another company later that day, but just get a bit frustrated that I had communicated misinformation to my tenant who had to shift around their day.
