My only issue is when the heavy accents take the calls at night. I dread the thought of having a plumbing emergency late at night. Other than that. We love homeserve.

I had a problem with a pressure valve and called the technician, who said valves are not covered and wanted $900 for the job! I found a guy that did it for $450. This insurance is a scam, and the contractors use it to charge overpriced fees.

HomeServe responded quickly and scheduled a visit for my slow-draining bathtub right away. However, the two young techs who came were not able to solve the problem, and suggested a commercial drain-clearing product for me to buy and use myself. I felt that they should have persisted and figured out how to get the job done, even if it took a little extra effort. So I used one of my yearly allowed calls, and didn't receive any benefit. I was pretty disappointed.

Was lateSpent time wasting my water. Leak was evident without him filling sink with water. Then stated drain was running slow. This was not an issue before the service person came. Don't want to use them again
