Home Serve sent someone immediately to diagnose the problem. Once they figured out what needed to be done a crew came, fixed the problem, cleaned everything up, and left no evidence they had even been there. This is the second time I’ve had to call Home Serve and both times the response was immediate and the work done was excellent.
