You guys come two times , and don’t fix the problem , first time you guy says there is no leak even when the leak was there , second time you says the leak is behind the cabinets and don’t fixed , please cancel my membership

I initially used the automated system to report my issue and was never contacted by the company advising me of an appointment. I called for a follow up and was put on hold while the rep called the company and my appointment was verified. Great customer service on the reps behalf!

I called HomeServe on Sunday morning, July 2. The party I spoke to said within 24 hours you will receive a call from Quality Plumbing. I called Quality Plumbing and asked that if they could respond ASAP, I would appreciate it. Within 2 hours they were at the door. Less than an hour later they corrected the problem. The fastest response I have ever experience. Thank you.

After several weeks of unsuccessfully trying to clear a very slow sink drain, I called HomeServe. They sent a plumber the same day. The drain was cleared in less than a half hour. The plumber was very pleasant and cleaned up afterwards.
