I spent years paying premium and when we found out our sewer was cracked Home Serve refused to pay. Do not use this company. A total rip-off.

Did not delivered what was promised. When they want to make a sale they promise you the moon but when you request a service they tell you all the little things that they didn’t tell you. That reminds me that tomorrow, I have to call and cancel you service and will not recommend to anyone!
