The representative I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. The technician sent to repair my air conditioner was there the very next day. He was professional and courteous. The company initially canceled my request because they said they called and left a message with no answer, but I never got a voicemail. Homeserve customer support helped me re-open the request, I called the company directly, and all was good after that. The employee who came to my house was efficient and friendly, and gave me tips to help avoid a blocked drain in the future.
