I had a follow up issue from a previous problem. The company dispatched said they had previously determined the issue to be with the town lines. This was not communicated to me or the town. While it turned out the problem was with the town line, a HS supervisor said I was on my own for any expenses if that hadn’t been the case. The company dispatched originally, while accurately determining the issue failed to follow up as promised and left me with an unresolved sewer problem. Being told by the HS rep I was screwed if the problem was not with the town has left me uneasy. Poor follow up on the initial problem by the plumber and a horrible customer service response by HS. Fortunately the issue was resolved.
