Did not delivered what was promised. When they want to make a sale they promise you the moon but when you request a service they tell you all the little things that they didn’t tell you. That reminds me that tomorrow, I have to call and cancel you service and will not recommend to anyone!

I’m probably going to have to cancel this coverage. We had an emergency with our AC leaking. The ceiling had collapsed and water all over the floor, but they couldn’t come out for several days. By the time they called to schedule, we’d hired someone else to fix it. This coverage wound up being worthless.
