It took multiple calls to finally get a tech who could perform the service you required. The techs also were not proactive in submitting paperwork to HomeServe so that we could move to the next steps. Homeserve was not proactive at all. The 1st plumber stated we needed to dig up the yard to replace the sewer line, but he was never given the go ahead to return. Instead, we got 2 new plumbers, the last of whom did not see any problems in the line. I am still concerned about that inconsistency.

The plumbers were excellent and quick at their job. HomeServe customer service leaves room for improvement however.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLECT. I CALLED AND YOU CONTACTED THE PLUMBING COMPANY WHO CAME THE SAME DAY. THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE THE COMPANY TO RETURN TO REPAIR THE LEAK. I HAD BEEN WITHOUT WATER COMING INTO THE HOME FOR 3 DAYS AND THE COMPANY HAD SCHEDULED THE RETURN FOR ANOTHER 7 DAYS. I CALLED HOMESERVE BACK AND YOU EXPEDITED THE JOB. THANKS YOU SO MUCH.

The plumber technician was nice and polite , but plumbing problem was not fixed. I was told I need to get a plumber.
