I have been with y’all for over 10 years and I have been satisfied with your service until lately. I don’t know what’s going on, but you have sent out contractors that has not completed work that was supposed of been done. I had to pay out of pocket $250 for a plumbing issue that you all could have fix the contractors that you sent Erica that fixed it but instead a lot like they could not get to the port the people that I had came right out and repaired it with no problem. I don’t understand this, so I am not satisfied with the contract is that you all are hiring now and please do not ever send tiger T girl whatever their name is back to my house for no issue. You guys are pretty swift for getting simple jobs done. But I’m still waiting to get my sewer line fixed. The service provider said they are still waiting for authorization from home Serv to start the work. What’s the hold up?

Service was fast and professional. Problem took 2 days to fix but the plumber worked until the problem was resolved.
