Very accommodating and understanding real live agent for service. I was away in Maine when my water pump for my home had several issues and HS was wonderful in helping and understanding . It was actually the water line where the pump is joined to the master waterline. HS actually has paid for the repairs before my pump burned up from days of running with a giant leak on the bushing side of my water line .I'm taking out more coverages.

Information intake person was good. Four day wait for plumber to come out(had to call for emergency service with different plumber as a result.) When HomeServ designated plumber did arrive to check lines, he was efficient and knowledgeable. That was 7 days ago. I still haven’t had any follow-up from HomeServ on what was determined. Disappointing.

Employees of Home Serve were extremely helpful and professional., Contractor assigned was prompt, able to complete the repair in a very short time , polite and efficient. I would recommend Able Mechanics for plumbing jobs needed.
