I am writing about our service appointments this week.Your Plumbing visited our home at 10 am on 10/24/23. The plumber talked to us about our situation. Homeserve would not allow him to put a camera in the pipe. He wanted to know if we wanted to pay him for that service.We did not. He did no work. That appointment was scheduled for a second opinion about our job.Later that day I had a call from your service department confirming that Quality Plumbing during their 5 pm appointment 10/23/23 told us not to use the washing machine. My request for additional service to open up our pipewas declined because we do not have a backup.We have a root issue in that pipe, according to both plumbers.We have scheduled an appointment today with another plumber to open up the line so that we can return to a normal life. This is the second time I used your home service. The first time was excellent in all aspects and believe it or not the second time was even better. You guys are terrific. Everything was great from the first moment I called up to get an appointment to the actual service completion.
