Homeserve is a waste of time and money.After a huge problem with pipes in our house, Homeserve sent out TWO unprofessional and clueless plumbers to our home. We wasted two weeks on repairs, because neither of them ever responded to us or Homeserve after their visits. We finally contacted Homeserve corporate offices who told us to go ahead and get our own plumbers! !Homeserve is a huge disappointment !You need to vet your plumbers a lot better!

I was VERY pleased with the Master Plumber from Plum Perfection, whom you sent to help me with my outside electrical breaker problem. He was not only prompt but finished up his previous job and arrived at my house early. He was very nice and very easy to talk to, explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. I was absolutely comfortable having Bill in my home and the next time I need help from Home Serve I will ask for him specifically. I give Bill and his work TEN out of TEN!!! VERY HAPPY customer. I would be proud to give Bill and Home Serve my personal recommendation anytime.
