My AC wasn’t working and we have been paying the insurance for a long time, and after they came and visit my house they told me that my compressor was not part of the service agreement. This is not the first time that it happens to us, before I had appliances insurance, and when my refrigerator broke, they also told me that it was not covered. Why do they advertise an insurance that they always find something that is not covered, very frustrating!!!!!!!
