The plumber was great. Only problem is homeserv doesn't use local plumbers. They come from over fifty miles away! If you have a big emergency you are pretty much screwed.

I did not receive notification of the recent change from Home Serve to Super Home. I have a new AC system and a technician came out last Friday 6/9/23. He said need to replace compressor and your office would call to check warranty. I recall voicemail from Alicia stating claim denied because under manufacturer warranty. I have had home warranty for over 10 years. NATIONS To HOMESERVE To now SUPERHOME. I was told nothing changed from my previous contract. This is not correct because I have had compressor replaced in July 2021 which was covered by the home warranty. I am not satisfied with this and want to speak to management asap. 817-223-2181

Atrocious. The representatives that I spoke with were WONDERFUL and did all they could to help, but the process was a disaster. The very first time I called, I knew the problem as HomeServe had helped repair a portion of my sewer line 5 years prior. A technician was sent out the next day - a tech from CroppMetcalf, which I think is owned by HomeServe. The tech was great and helped me recreate the problem. It's then when he informed me that he didn't have a snake or camera and that he wouldn't be able to do the work.HomeServe sent out another tech, this time from LongsCorp, who was also wonderful. After determining that the issue was between the house and the prior repair, He was able to get a snake through my main line (after I paid $275 to get access), but was told before he could use a camera, he would need to jet the line, which they didn't do.Two days later, HomeServe sent out a 3rd company, this time Marine Plumbers to jet the line. The plumber would not jet the line before using the camera as he was certain what the issue was. So he snaked the line and found that the line had collapsed in two places - before and after the previously repaired section. After 3 hours on the phone, we were able to get approval from HomeServe to do the work -- $10,000 worth of work, 5 days after my initial call.Marine Plumbers were able to come out the following Tuesday, which was 7 days after my original call and it was a 2 day project.So, although. I called on a Tuesday with a clear overview of what was happening, how to reproduce the problem and a near certainty of the issue, it took 9 days to get running water and sewer in my home again. And you only covered 50% of the work, which I realize is the plan allotment.It's honestly the most frustrated I've ever been and though your staff is wonderful, your process and the stress that you put your customers through is completely unnecessary. I would never recommend this service to colleagues as I'm not sure the added stress is worth the $5k it covers. Please think about what you customers are going through when a sewer line fails. I hope you do share this with others - internal and external.
