Nothing was done. The guy came told us turn on all faucets and flushed all toilets. And he said no issue and left. I had explained to him where and how my basement shower was backup. He said not at the moment he is here. And nothing can be done.

After calling in two different service contractors Homeserve the problem is still not resolved.

The plumber from King Construction was very nice and took a lot of time explaining a few things to my wife. He fixed our problem, and we will definitely use them again!

Ease of navigation on website, prompt service day of gas leak, good customer service, knowledgeable technicians, good problem resolution of the issues.

I have been with y’all for over 10 years and I have been satisfied with your service until lately. I don’t know what’s going on, but you have sent out contractors that has not completed work that was supposed of been done. I had to pay out of pocket $250 for a plumbing issue that you all could have fix the contractors that you sent Erica that fixed it but instead a lot like they could not get to the port the people that I had came right out and repaired it with no problem. I don’t understand this, so I am not satisfied with the contract is that you all are hiring now and please do not ever send tiger T girl whatever their name is back to my house for no issue.
