We were very happy with the timing of the appointment when we needed service on our air conditioner! The fellow that serviced it was very knowledgeable and had it fixed in a very short period of time! We were very impressed with the service call and didn't have to wait long for the service person to get here or fix it!! Thank you Home Serve!!

Professional and well prepared with Covid gear! He covered all areas of my concern willing to listen and explain all of what he was going to do and how affective it would be to stay on top of regular maintenance of the cooling system

Most things went well. However after the ditch was dug between the gas meter and my house, about June 6, I was told the city inspector would arrive June 8 between 8 AM and noon. I waited and waited. Finally around 3 PM I called the plumbing company and/or HomeServe. I was told to wait another 6 days, with the unfinished open trench waiting to be filled up again with earth, surrounded by bright yellow plastic tape, and the EQ valve to be reset or replaced. I was never told there would be a nearly week-long reschedule. You could have left a voicemail or email, but didn't. I call it a no-show. by HomeServe, the plumbers, and the City of LA. Here's hoping you keep your appointment next Wednesday at my house, 3739 S Westgate Ave, LA 90064.Evidently there was a lack of coordination between your company and the plumber/digging company

Problem was not properly fixed, as it began to leak again. Still waiting for work to be done again. (Water main)

The plumber and his helper were very professional and personable. If I have a plumbing need in the future I hope to get the same folks out again.
