after years with a contract with home serve, i had a problem with my toilet in the bathroom. 2 agents did come to my house, i explained the the pblm and they advised that the dispatcher said it was'nt covered . they left not even saying their sorry but did say call someone who could fix this. a plumber was called and the problem was fixed in aboiut 15 minutes. I am 80 years old , I need help with things and that is why I pay home serve for so many years. Just check my records. I am very disappointed with your service lately and I do hear it also from my neighbors. I would not recommend your service to anyone asking what I thought of Home Service.

The process was super easy start to finish. The initial call to HomeServe took less than 5 minutes. Paid our service call fee and within 2 hours had a appt that work with our schedule. We had Bryon come out from Geisel to service our AC. He was right on time and very friendly. It didn't take him long at all to find the issue and fix. Within 90 minutes of his arrival, we had working AC and he was heading out. I couldn't be happier with HomeServe and in particular Bryon for all the help!

Our plumber was late, soooo many other calls. When he got here he did a good job and with a smile!lTell Travis staff to keep the homeowner alert to time changes due to a heavy schedule for the technician.

Home Serve rep found an available contractor quickly and the contractor was quick to respond. The contractor was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly fixed the problem. I am very pleased.

Someone came within 3 days of call. They were here about 5 minutes - unclogged garbage disposal and told me how to keep clear with 1 C baking soda, 1 C vinegar and 1 pan of boiling hot water.Very successful and the man who came was pleasant.

Homeserve answered my call immediately and found someone the same day to snake our sewer line which had clogged. Although they came late (around 8:30), they were able to unclog it and even helped with some of the cleanup (although ultimately I had to get it professionally cleaned).

It was great. Took one star away because we lost a day on a contractor that couldn't show up. No reason was given. Once Geisel was notified things popped. They even showed up early. We needed sewer cleaning so that was great. Hey. Thanks for asking.

The plumbers were n professional and quick.They were in and out in under 20 minutes. Everything is working fine now, thank you.

Someone else signed up for your service with my email address, now I get tons of emails every time they need service. If they don't stop I'm just going to reset their password and take over their account.
