The minority that came out was friendly and was neat after he completed the job. My past experience with this agency ( that last few years) were negative. They did not clean up after themselves and I felt racial tension. But the gentlemen that came out was courteous.

My refrigerator has been out for 2 weeks now. I was told there would be a buy out and it could take anywhere from 15 to 30 days to recieve a check to buy a new one. In the mean time I have 3 young kids at home with NO refrigerated food or drinks. Un acceptable. I was helped greatly by a lady name Margie though.

I have HomeServe for more than six month never made any call. The first call I made was for a leak on internal pipe that attached to outside bib and HomeServe denied to cover it. I wanted to talk to a supervisor and multiple times the rep. said supervisor will call me but never did. You will be wasting your money paying there premium, rather save it and use it when needed.

Tended to our electrical problem in a timely manner. The electrician was knowledgeable professional, but friendly. I recommend Home Serve for all your home needs. They are the best.
