The plumbing company got here really late after finishing another job but did the job anyway . We had been w/o water since Saturday night. The hole was not filled in properly so we had to do that. I glad it’s fixed though

home serve has always been excellent to deal with. Their response to my problem was quick. However, the company that I had to deal with for the repair was extremely slow costing me lots of money with the water company. their work was excellent once they started. I have always had very good dealings with Home Serve

I had a flood in my basement and replace the equipment. They came quick when I made the appointment no complaints however I needed 2 things afterwards to deal with insurance I can't get in touch with the person that came and nor was the Office of any help Poor customer service when you need them

I always receive great service from HomeServe. Before I even hang up from the initial phone call, I have received an email confirming that the claim has been filed. The service from the HomeServe contractor is also immediate. I am so happy with the response time after submitting a claim. The work is always completed to perfection and in a very timely manner. HomeServe takes very good care of their policy holders. I have no complaints, and highly recommend this company to everyone!
