You were very prompt in having contractors call and come. They did a good job in replacing the hot water heater. I didn’t give 5 stars because they didn’t clean up very well outside -was somewhat muddy. But very satisfied overall.

A little bit of issue getting hot water fixed. The first tech was told by manufacturer that the tank couldn't be bad and said to him its got to be bad circuit breaker. Electrician had to come out and he said breaker was fine. First then came back with new tank. Not their fault and both techs were terrific.

it was difficult to get a plumber to come out... the 1st company never called never showed 2nd company was very good customer svc for home serve was good for most part did have 1 oerson that seemed put off that i actually had to contact the plumber
