Total sewer system blockage, called late in the evening, so technicians were at my home early the next morning. Unfortunately, we could not locate the sewer cap, so needed to get the township involved, which put off clearing blockage, but a team came back later in the day and did an excellent job clearing the sewer line, but had to remove a toilet to accomplish this. They cleaned the bathroom after clog was cleared. Excellent work, glad I had the inside and outside water and sewer line policy. Thankful customer.

I called on a Tuesday for a water leak. A plumber was sat for Friday from 1 to 4. At 3 on Friday, I called plumber twice. No answer, no call back. I then called Homeserve, a great person answer, listened to my problem, then called a second plumber company. This was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. The second plumber called me and said they would be here on Wed. At 11 am, and suggested I call the water dept to schedule my water be turned off. They came early, repair the leak and explained everything. Great job.

I am happy that Homeserve was able to fix the electrical problem that I am havingin our room.
