The Home Serve representative was extremely professional and courtesy. The representative was on time and resolved the problem.

Drain was unclogged but plumber was unable to put a camera into pipe to see if there is additional problems, which we suspect. Will go with what was done and see what happens.

Same day response by Payless Plumbing, within 2 hours! Plumber was polite, professional, and continued to work on the problem until COMPLETELY resolved. No one explained that sewer drains are not cover to be snake out I wasted 2 days waiting on service the contractor inform me was not covered I was very dissatisfied for not being inform about this 😑 😢

The information you collect is poor, the people that are supposed to get the information don't have a clue what to ask. The guy that came didn't know what was going on on. We explained the problem but they didn't listen.

I called with the problem and they were here right away. They had my problem taken care of quickly.

Put a call in about water in basement. Plumber from Lanzo came in a timely manner and diagnosed the problem.
