My cooling system wasn’t working. I called HomeServ and the very next day the technician arrived and repaired it. He was very polite and respectful. He certainly knew his job, he did an outstanding repair!

I am very happy and thankful for the homeserve service. Unfortunately, I've had to use the service twice in the past. As my problem occurred on a holiday, this time, requesting service took a couple of follow-up phone calls. Once a vendor was identified, the work occurred quickly. Overall - excellent service.

Water heater leaking. I called Home Serve. Plumber from Oftedahl Plumbing arrived mid-afternoon. He changed out the water heater, and I had hot water for my shower a few hours later. This all happened on a Friday, and I feared I would be taking cold showers all weekend. I was very pleased ,with the service.

THEY WERE TIMELY AND FIXED WHAT THEY COULD. THEY SAID THE CLOG WAS EXTERNAL AND THAT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE EVENTUALLY BE FIXED OR THE BACKING UP WOULD KEEP HAPPENING.

Unfortunately I had to call multiple times before I got help with an electrical problem. Each time I was told that I would receive a call to set up an appointment. It took several days before I actually did. The technician who finally came did an excellent job. This was not typical service, I usually get very prompt service.
