Both experiences that I have had thus far have been of dissatisfaction. Yes, the work order was completed, but it took a week or more for them to be complete. There is little to no communication when they need to reassign the request. The requirement to pay for your request up front is inappropriate considering you all aren't able to confirm who and when a tech will be sent out.
