My last experience was awful with honeserve. I spent two days on the phone with you all trying to get a plumber. They clerked me. Ran me around , played with my head. Set an excavator to a plumbing job, promised things they never did, on and on . Still not complete. I never had these problems with my Dominion insurances before homeserve.
