4/5 stars, i have been a customer since 2018, i have never called your company for any reason until May 2023. I am have flooding issues of my lawn near my sewer line exit, but initially your representative declined the scope of my sewer line, because " I was a new customer" I pleaded telling her that i have been with you x 5 years with never a claim, so she put me on hold and upon returning, she agreed to approve the sewer line scope. I think the process should be less stressful to a customer already under stress. Thank you WJR

My water nozzle is GONE hum just where it is I have no idea because before the Plumbers came it was on the hose. So please call them not sure what company took it but I WANT IT BACK. It is a very nice soft handle high pressure nozzle and it was not cheap. feel free to solve this problem and NOT expect me to call these people one of whom has Taken It. It could have been a mistake .... maybe, maybe not. FIX this and call me do NOT ask me to call them OK. I pay the fee for service now you do your job and make this right yourself. thank you Clendon Pearson
