Honestly, I was a bit hesitant when I signed up for HomeServe through my local water department. The rates were very good and having had major exterior sewer work done at a previous house a decade ago I knew how expensive the repair work quickly becomes.HomeServe's efficiency and follow up post-job surprised me. When I had to call for a repair job, they got a good plumber whose work I knew from years ago. HomeServe appreciates honest praise, and critique on the worker's job performance because that helps HomeServe know who is consistently good in your area. Loved the ease HomeServe arranged everything with my schedule and the plumber. The few questions I had were due not utilizing a service similar to this before were handled professionally and quickly. The representative who handled my case was was my contact person throughout so she was familiar with my specifics. Only complaint I have was mild with the off hours call center person and our having a hard time understanding each other. Admittedly I also have a heavy southern accent and know I can be a bit hard to understand especially when I am hyped up at 4am cleaning up the toilet tsunami. :D Minor complaint but everything was passed on correctly from the Call Center and the process began.Now I might check out the other services they offer.

Excellent service and help from the beginning to the end the service Rep who answer the phone and took my repair order was very professional I could tell from the start she took pride in her job
