took 5 days for a repair person to show up at 6:ooPM. we had to pay him $500 dollars before he could look at theproblem. He did not have the tools needed to do the job. Came back the next day needed $600 dollars more to dothe job. Then informed us nothing was wrong on my side but it was on CenterPoint side. CenterPoint came out Tuesday and fixed ever thing and installed a new meter and did a good job. We can't get the invoice so I can getreimbursed. Tuff Construction did the job but was sent on the job by American Plumbing. Help Me

Overall I'm pleased with the service provided by the home water heater insurance protection offered by HomeServe. The contractor - Shelton Plumbing - performed excellent service and I would recommend them again. I would rate HomeServe 5 stars but I have to go with 4 because I did have an issue where I was put on hold and disconnected five consecutive times trying to schedule service. On my sixth call the representative was responsive, courteous, and followed through on his promises.
