Our tub & shower were backing up.The Moon Valley Plumbing Co. came & their guy diagnosed a blockage in the sewer line. He ran a snake through the interior to the alley, cleaned out roots.Made sure all our drains were working before he left.

When we called, we got right through to someone who could help us. The contractors came out exactly as planned. We got the problem identified right away. We appreciated everything being taken care of in such a timely manner. This has not been our experience with some other insurance companies, so kudos to you!

The technician and his helper were both very polite, friendly and professional. The technician was able to do the repair necessary.Note: A technician from a different home warranty company (starting with "A") told me it was something he couldn't do and he didn't even wrap or cap the wires before he left!

I was very pleased with my Home Service experience. Once I placed a call concerning my plumbing leak, I very quickly received a call from the plumbing contractor and service was promptly scheduled for the next day, which was excellent. The dispatcher was polite and responsive. The plumber was mindful of not creating a mess and did a nice job.

Over the memorial day weekend, my kitchen sink drain needed urgent repair. HomeServe customer service rep was very kind and processed my request during my first call on Saturday evening. Next morning on Sunday, I was contacted by one of the local service company that was willing to handle the service call on the same day. This experience has validated my decision to choose HomeServe for my home maintenance needs.
