Homeserve was quick to respond to my needs and they sent a plumber the same day. I recomend everyone to have this insurance at home.

I don’t believe the denial of my claim. I asked for a copy of my warranty details and was told it would be emailed to me. It was not. Poor customer services

Service company wanted to Change my water heater system(it's not covered) ,without guaranteed that will solve my initial problem.

This was my first time requesting service through HomeServe so I didn't know what to expect. What kind of hoops would I have to jump through? Would my particular problem not be covered? Fortunately, once I sent my service request in HomeServe contacted me, answered my questions, and set the whole thing up. I even got my service appointment moved ahead by a day which I gladly accepted. I realize that's not always going to be the case but it was a nice bit of good luck for an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you.

They were very professional. They couldn’t get the job done the first day so they came out the second day and they finished it up. I would definitely recommend them for future work.
