didn't fix a thing. Less than 8 minutes said it was the filter housing and that it was not covered, but that he would give me an estimate. What a waste of money and I recommend that you just call a real appliance repair service, pay them for their knowledge and professionalism, get the thing fixed, pay them all at once. This thing is a racket, you pay every month for years, don't have to use it, BUT, when you do, pay a $25.00 co-pay and a unskilled person comes to your house and tells you, hang on, give me just a minute and oh yea, that's not covered, but let me screw you over. They did the same thing on an heating issue, Called a friend right after they left and the issue resolved in less than an hour and the problem they said they discovered was not the problem, not even close and it would have been covered. This is simply a money making scam for some of these under performing repair companies that bid on these contracts. I pretty sure I'm done with them, 2nd attempt in 4 years to inflate the price on a covered repair.

The team members were very professional, courteous, informative and helpful. Submitting claim was very easy, being contacted when to expect contractor, arriving on time and completely finishing the job in a timely manner. Thank you to the whole team.

We couldn't be there when the work was done. But they did a good job of fixing the problem without any additional feedback from us and left the area cleaner than when they got there. We were very pleased.

The 1st plumber assigned to me never contacted me. Thankfully, I requested and received another plumber. The company personnel were professional and courteous. The plumber arrived as scheduled, resolved the problem and cleaned up prior to leaving. I'm happy!!
