Vendor was extremely late showing up and did absolutely nothing. He said they perform no work related to the tank. In my request I indicated that the toilet was ghost flushing and sound like air in the lines. I wasted an entire day for nothing and wonder what am I paying you for you did not provide service requested.

So grateful to have this sense of security when things go wrong. I was very pleased from beginning to end. Appt was scheduled, the technician arrived on time. He was very pleasant and explanatory, and I was tremendously relieved when he has the thermostat on the truck ready to install. Great job one and all.
