Manny and Edi were absolutely outstanding. They arrived on time, quickly assessed our clogged bathroom sink drain line issue and had everything not just repaired but better than before in no time. Both technicians were friendly, professional and so clean in their work that there wasn't any evidence that there'd been an issue, let alone a repair. 5+ stars for Manny and Edi - and for the entire Ace Mechanical team!

They responded right away as a gas leak is a serious situation. They replaced a part and within 45 minutes I was set to go. Thank you for all your understanding and help.

Called HomeServe on Saturday morning with problem of backups in tub, toilets, & shower. Automated service reported problem to local designated plumber. Received call from them on Saturday, but they did not show up to analyze problem until 6:30 PM on Monday. The plumber determined the problem should be repaired by Town of Lexington (sewer service provider). Once they were notified, the problem was repaired within 2 hours. If this happens again, I will know to call Town of Lexington directly.

I called re my hot water heater and after no plumber called. Called again they are trying to find new plumber. Still no hot water and no new word who can do the work.

terrible communication. I get disconnected a LOT. You call with a concern and no body seems to have any idea what is happening. No one returns phone calls. Took over a month and 6-7 frustrating calls to get one job approved.
