I called to report a possible problem with our exterior water line because we were seeing dirty water in our toilets. You arranged for a plumber to come out that afternoon. After some investigation, the conclusion was that our line appeared to be intact and the probable cause was a disruption somewhere in the city line. By this time the water was clearing up. Thank you for your quick response.

I feel the individual who came to our home was very professional and very friendly to my family. He came to my house and when he left my furnace was working.

The job is still incomplete. The installed the wrong pipe and as not returned to make the change yet. I called twice on Friday and again this morning at which time I was informed that he will come ans check it out but don't know what time. That is where it stands at this time.

Kevin pulled out what the previous technician left in sewer drain and then ran the snake all the way to the house and pulled out a small amount of roots. He stayed to make sure the sewer was clear!
