You first provider offered to respond 4 DAYS after I requested help.I called back and indicated that was unreasonable.Your second provider showed up within 2 hours and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes.You might want to remove that first provider from your list.

The work has not been completed because HomeServe determined that the issue was not covered. This decision was related to me by the service provider, Water Fixers, not by HomeServe, which I feel was a very poor way of dealing with the issue. I do not agree with the decision, but arguing with the service provider would not have achieved anything. I would like the chance to discuss this issue with HomeServe directly.
