They automatically said it is the evap without doing a leak check. You keep filling the system till the warranty expired so you won't have to do any repairs

The first two times they came out, they left us with a gas leak! We can to call the gas company out and they had to shut off the gasfinally, the service tech, Andy was able to replace the tank and do the job right the first time. He was very professional, courteous, kind and he explained what he the problem was and what he was going to do. He even showed me what all he did and explained it all. I will make sure to ask specifically from now on!

Service not covered could have been told to me before sending out a contractor who spent less than 2 minutes to tell me that. Totally a waste of my time and having to take off work for nothing
