Contacting HomeServe and the representatives were fine. The contractor used by HomeServe was terrible, and it reflects poorly on HomeServe.

While homeserve is a great benefit to have for homeowners and we have no issues with the homeowner process there is an issue. Dealing with the contracted companies homeserve have contracted are not dependable and do not responded due to emergency situations when necessary especially in after-hours calls. We feel like are treated differentl because they do not make customers a priority like a customer who is not on this homeserve program and would have called them plumbing company directly.

The people from Sureflow Rooter Service were very accommodating and professional. I was called to confirm my appointment and they kept in touch with me. When the workmen arrived, they were courteous and quickly identified the issue then resolved it. I was very pleased with their service.
