When I called about a House Water System valve change out/Repair the person from HomeServe immediately denied any coverage without listing what and why the valves were being changed, they were part of the house water system.Finally, one of the supervisors called me and sorted out the situation.I would suggest that HomeServe better train personnel dealing with customers to listen and analyze the wants and needs within the scope of contracts.
